Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when

  • We are unable to deliver the ordered product/s.
  • If we are unable to provide a replacement.
  • If a different Product is delivered to you.

– Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-15 days after we receive the return package.

(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

– If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, Nagad), then your money will be refunded in the same account within the next 5-7 working days.

For a Refund, please follow these steps

  • Please share the problems that you are facing or faced including your Order ID / Invoice and email us at or contact us at the Hotline Number (01947949444), within 24 hours.
  • We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the further process.


If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.


Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
