Terms and conditions:

  • The buyer must not receive broken or damaged goods from the courier. If the buyer receives the goods damaged in the courier, it should be done at his own responsibility and no later complaints will be entertained in this regard.
  • Contact UiiTech Helpline directly within 24 hours in case of internal error. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.
  • If the product is internally defective within the warranty period, the buyer can exchange it through courier. However, no warranty will be accepted in case of physical damage i.e. broken or burnt product.
  • If you do not like the product after receiving it from the delivery staff after viewing the description on the website, or you do not wish to buy it now, the product is not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
  • Products ordered after 2 pm will be couriered on the next working day.
  • Full courier charges for products delivered by courier shall be borne by the buyer.
  • In the case of small products, the delivery charge within Dhaka city is 60 taka and the delivery charge outside Dhaka city is 120 taka.
  • The order must be confirmed by online advance payment of the full price of the product delivered through the courier or the delivery charge.

Delivery time:

  • Delivery time for online orders may take 1-3 working days within Dhaka and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka.
  • Courier may take 1-2 days longer for remote areas.

● Warranty Policy

To Claim the Warranty

  • To avail warranty must need proper customer invoice with mentioning selling date, warranty period and SN number. Full packaging of products with warranty sticker & hologram sticker is must needed.
  • Stock Faulty / Factory default- If any products found faulty/inappropriate condition in selling time will be treated as stock faulty. Confirming by Motion View employee (TSO) and observing the products condition by after sales support team the stock faulty products will be replaced by a new product with Warranty sticker & hologram.
  • Motion View will be stored the products SN in database, for claiming warranty SN also have to be match.
  • Valid warranty claim will be solved within 3-7 working days after receiving the products by the service center. If any special occasion or stock unavailability happened, it may take few more days to solve the claim. If we are unable to provide any products warranty support for stock or other issues, we will provide the product value return or in party’s ledger within 15 days.
  • After expired warranty period of a product also can be claimed for after-sales support with selected service charge.

Warranty will be not valid for

  • Sales invoice without mentioning selling date, SN number, warranty period, warranty stocker & hologram will be rejected.
  • Warranty will be start from the selling date to customer. Here if we found claim of any products that’s are sold out a long time (6 Months) before or out of production 6 Month, will be not valid for warranty claim.
  • If found scratches, nicks, stains and dents happens by misuse.
  • Failure or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, modification, power surges, improper maintenance, unsuitable physical or operating environment, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, natural disasters, thundering twit or other acts of nature or external causes.
  • A product supporting element like cable, adapter, strap, remote, and other outer parts will be out of warranty.
  • Products quality & working capacity will be confirmed by the manufacture, we have to follow the user manual.
  • Products operating language have to be confirmed before buy, no warranty will be valid for language related issues.
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized warranty provider by Motion View.
